Hi, I was a happy XTP customer and I have supported codejock for almost 3 years. But recently I found our customer support is becoming less and less. I have tickets untouched for over 8 days. If you guys want us to post in forum instead of using your ticket system, let us know.
Is it just me or other paid customers have the same feeling?

In the real world the support guys are allowed time off to go on holiday, also I find that if you 'bump' a message Oleg responds very quickly.
My questions are usually asked due to my lack of programming knowledge.
The only way support could be better would be for them to write my code for me .
