Mouse Up Using Right Button

   Or rather...

Why is the API so different for TaskPanel??  Many of the other controls have a MouseDown, MouseUp, and MouseMove event.  Why not the TaskPanel as well?  Is it even possible to capture a MouseUp for this control?

So many questions.  Not enough coffee.

	I was very happy to see this in 11.1 We can now accurately achieve the same behavior as Visual Studio with regards to the right mouse button! Cheers ~ jp
