I was very happy to see this in 11.1 We can now accurately achieve the same behavior as Visual Studio with regards to the right mouse button!

Or rather...

Why is the API so different for TaskPanel?? Many of the other controls have a MouseDown, MouseUp, and MouseMove event. Why not the TaskPanel as well? Is it even possible to capture a MouseUp for this control?

So many questions. Not enough coffee.
