technical support... when...?

   I have a license of  Xtreme Suite professional edition for activex  + 1 Year Support and Maintenance. 
The day 25-Jun-2005 I opened a ticket to have aid of the technical support, with the following text:

Conflict with other object activex  
I am a registered user of Xtreme Suite Pro for ActiveX, and also of ActiveReports Standard Edition v2.3.3.1275 of DataDynamics (www.datadynamics.com). Both objects enter in conflict when it is tried to create a Pane object in DockingPane. In order to verify this problem quickly uses the sample SDIsample de DockingPane. In that project makes a reference to ActiveReports and run it. Immediately in DockingPane will appear an error (Type mistmatch). I need to know how to avoid this conflict.

Until today (1 month) ticket remains open, and without answer.
The problem was solved by the technical support of the other component, that responded to me in 24 hours.
