Hi, I build your sample with ActiveX release 13 and did not found any draw problems

Could you check ReportSample vb text - test Header and Footer sub-sample please. I did not found any draw problem here.
I am not sure I keep all your static activex property as I should upgrade it to 13 and loose it.

Hi Mark,
 
If I run my sample it shows 2 columns and rest of header and if I look at your image, the columns are fully sized... Did you set AutoColumnSizing = True ???

You right - but I did not set it - it was default after insert control into form.
Now I set YOUR falg and can CONFIRM bug. Thank you - I will work on it today.

This issue is solved in V13.0.0
 
(is bug in V12.1.1)
