In the report control is it possible to set a print title / header / footer? The .PrintReport2 option works great, but it would be nice to be able to put a header and or footer on each page that prints.  Likewise when accessing via PrintPreview.
I know you can do a PrintPreviewOptions.Title but it does not print.
TIA
