   In older version of XTP,the class CXTPHookManagerHookAble is pure
virtual class and no constructor and destructor, so not need to export
and user can use it by CXTPHookManager. BUT in newer version,the class
CXTPHookManagerHookAble has constructor and destructor,and not exported
by DLL,so,user can't use CXTPHookManager any more.
