Thank you for this report. Please add _XTP_EXT_CLASS to class declaration and rebuild dll.

In older version of XTP,the class CXTPHookManagerHookAble is purevirtual class and no constructor and destructor, so not need to exportand user can use it by CXTPHookManager.
