Hello, I purchased ActiveX Suite version 9.81 in january 2006. It is not clear on your site how to download the new version (10). Is it through the download>Customer?. If yes, I then get a copy of my purchase. No link except at the bottom to download the purchased item. What is the 'Downloads remaining (=3) mean? Am I only allowed 3 downloads? My subscription expires jan 2007... |

I believe you're allowed 3 downloads per release. The counter is reset whenever a new build becomes available.

I've never understood the reasoning behind the download limit. Is it to save bandwidth? Is it a security feature? I don't know of any other company that limits downloads like this.

If for some reasome you need to download more than 3 times, you can call to have the counter reset.
