Default iconf or CComboboxEx

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   Hi;
I'm using a CComboboxEx with Style CBS_DROPDOWN, so I'm able to edit the content. But whenever I edit the content and no corresponding item is found in the listbox part of the control, no icon is displayed to the left of the edit control.
Whenever a custom entry is made in the edit control, I want to set a 'default' image to be displayed.
Does anyone know how to achieve this?
