Error in CommandBarManager control

   After placing CommandBarManager control on a form I cannot add any control to it.
After clicking Add New Button Control  or Add New ComboBox Control I�m receiving MessageBox �Object reference not set to an instance of an object�.
After clicking Add New Popup Control nothing happens. This mean that it�s impossible to use your library in my environment. 
The strange thing is that your samples are compiling well but design time support also fails.
I�m using C# in VS Net 2003 (Microsoft Visual C# .NET   69586-335-0000007-18910) on Windows Server 2003.
