After placing CommandBarManager control on a form I cannot add any control to it.

After clicking Add New Button Control  or Add New ComboBox Control I’m receiving MessageBox “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”.

After clicking Add New Popup Control nothing happens. This mean that it’s impossible to use your library in my environment.

The strange thing is that your samples are compiling well but design time support also fails.

I’m using C# in VS Net 2003 (Microsoft Visual C# .NET   69586-335-0000007-18910) on Windows Server 2003.
