LAYOUT_LTR not defined breaks build.
Where's the best place to add this #define?

looks like best place to add was wingdi.h in my SDK.
it's not in the MS SDK that is supposedly the last one to support Win2k. (Feb 2003) |

yeah, wonder why my build didn't pick that up. Seems to work fine added to WinGDI.h just above the definition for LAYOUT_RTL
