LAYOUT_LTR not defined breaks build.

Where's the best place to add this #define?

looks like best place to add was wingdi.h in my SDK.

it's not in the MS SDK that is supposedly the last one to support Win2k. (Feb 2003)

It is defined here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98\MFC\Include\AFXPRIV.H

yeah, wonder why my build didn't pick that up. Seems to work fine added to WinGDI.h just above the definition for LAYOUT_RTL
