example for Suite:
SuiteCtrls.ocx, SuiteCtrlsU.ocx, SuiteCtrls.lic
Which files are for distribution?  SuiteCtrls.ocx or SuiteCtrlsU.ocx

	SuiteCtrlsU.ocx is provided for Unicode support. You only need to distribute the ocx files that you developed the software with. The unicode versions are only needed if you have translated your applications into a wide character language such as chinese or japanese. The .lic is only needed for development and should not be distributed. To answer your question, you will only need to distribute the ocx. Edited by SuperMario
