SuiteCtrlsU.ocx is provided for Unicodesupport.  You only need to distribute the ocx files that youdeveloped the software with.  The unicode versions are only neededif you have translated your applications into a wide character languagesuch as chinese or japanese.  The .lic is only needed fordevelopment and should not be distributed.  To answer your question, you will only need to distribute the ocx.

In current version of CJ components are these files:

example for Suite:

SuiteCtrls.ocx, SuiteCtrlsU.ocx, SuiteCtrls.lic

Which files are for distribution?  SuiteCtrls.ocx or SuiteCtrlsU.ocx
