I hope someone can give me a quick short answer to this. It seems from the documentation, that commandbars controls must be "added" to the actions collection (and the actions option enabled) before actions can be used. However, I have noticed that I can enable/disable (and set other control properties) even when I have not "added" the controls to the actions collection. Under what circumstances do commandbar controls have to be added to the actions collection?

Hi,

If you use same id for some item, for example ID_PRINT, all added items with the same ID in toolbar, menu etc etc will be changed with Actions.<some available property>
