It seems from the documentation, that commandbars controls must be "added" to the actions collection (and the actions option enabled) before actions can be used. However, I have noticed that I can enable/disable (and set other control properties) even when I have not "added" the controls to the actions collection. Under what circumstances do commandbar controls have to be added to the actions collection?]]>
