You need to set the filemenu style to xtpButtonCaption
Set ControlFile = RibbonBar.AddSystemButton()
ControlFile.IconId = ID_SYSTEM_ICON ControlFile.Caption = "&File" ControlFile.Style = xtpButtonCaption |
