Hi;
How can I distinguish between user changed the value by entering something into the edit control vs. user selected a constraint item - perhaps in XTP_PGN_ITEMVALUE_CHANGED. Especially if SetAutoComplete(TRUE) is set! |

I'm not sure if there's other ways, but when setting values programmatically, I do a SetDefaultValue() on the items after setting their value. This sets them in a 'non-modified' state. Also, I do the same thing when the user clicks "Apply". Seems to work nice for me.

Thanks,
but I had other requirements and so I had to solve it in a different way. I really had to distinguish whether the user entered an "A" into the edit control or he/she selected the item "A" in the list of constraints as soon as I got the XTP_PGN_ITEMVALUE_CHANGED message... |
