I kept sending questions about a bug through tech support page but gets absolutely no response from codejock. Does this company has any tech support? The problem I am having seems like a bug with v. 10.4 and I am at the end of my rope. It's a kind of bug that can be recreated by sending a sample from my actual customer, so I can't even post it here.  Can somebody respond?

There are tech suport and I think that's good.

No issue number. Absolutely nothing. Not even a submission confirmation email. I submitted it twice already. I'm wondering if your email is deleted by yahoo spam filter... I will try it again with different email address
