If you change the font size from normal to large (or back) the frame border is not redrawn correctly:
 And the border is not drawn correctly with the Vista Basic theme:  |

Hi,
1. Can be easy fixed just to add
SendMessage(WM_NCPAINT); after you change option.
2. What problem do you see? Word from Office 2007 looks same...
