Hi,

When customizing a toolbar, the Command tab shows a the left list with the list of categories. The order of the menu items is not the same as in Office:

Cases:
1- Within a given category (e.g. Edit), Office shows the items ordered as they appear in the menu ("Edit" in this example)
2-  When selecting "All Commands", Office show the list of all menu items, sorted alphabetically

This way of doing makes sense.

How can this be done with CodeJock Command bar ActiveX with the Command Bars Designer?

The order appears to be the order in the Designer... and the same order is used for both cases 1 and 2 above.

Settings order in the Designer is a painful task (single select, no drag-drop, etc). An even if I set it to the way needed for case 1, then the order for case 2 is totally wrong.

Any help on this? Improvements in 12.1?

Hi,
In Designer use "Top" and "Bottom" buttons in controls Pane to change order.

Yes I know about these buttons. Please re-read the original post.

Office has different order depending if the "All commands" is chosen vs the "File", "Edit", etc. How can this be acheived?

Thanks
