Markup, get value

Hello,

Is there any way to set value for next rows:

<TextBlock MouseLeftButtonUp="OpenProject" TextWrapping="Wrap"><Run Cursor=\"Hand\">1. Project name</Run></TextBlock>

<TextBlock MouseLeftButtonUp="OpenProject" TextWrapping="Wrap"><Run Cursor=\"Hand\">2. Project name</Run></TextBlock>

<TextBlock MouseLeftButtonUp="OpenProject" TextWrapping="Wrap"><Run Cursor=\"Hand\">3. Project name</Run></TextBlock>

that I can get from c++ and which not shown for user, or I should use only “3. Project name” for recognising where mouse was pressed?
