You can add some Tag attribute to find difference:

Hello,

Is there any way to set value for next rows:

<TextBlock MouseLeftButtonUp="OpenProject"TextWrapping="Wrap"><Run Cursor=\"Hand\">1.Project name</Run></TextBlock>

<TextBlock MouseLeftButtonUp="OpenProject"TextWrapping="Wrap"><Run Cursor=\"Hand\">2.Project name</Run></TextBlock>

<TextBlock MouseLeftButtonUp="OpenProject"TextWrapping="Wrap"><Run Cursor=\"Hand\">3.Project name</Run></TextBlock>

that I can get from c++ and which not shown foruser, or I should use only “3. Project name”for recognising where mouse was pressed?
