Hi Everyone!

Many users have recently reported issues with downloading installation packages from Product Downloads page using Firefox.
The symptoms:
 - Downloading starts
 - The downloading progress bar gradually reaches the end
 - Download status changes to Failed

 - A .part file gets created in the target download location, e.g. Codejock.ReportControl.ActiveX.18.3.0.zip.part

In some case .part file can be renamed to .zip and it will open, but in most our tests the downloaded .part file was broken or incomplete.

The issue has been investigated but no issues with the servers or SSL were discovered.
Firefox debugger reports all data downloaded successfully and no error detect, but still it's not able to save the final file with no obvious reason.
Taking into account the observed behavior and a large number of similar issues reported by the Firefox community we came to conclusion there is a bug in Firefox and we can only hope it will be fixed soon.

If you use Firefox and experience the described above symptoms, please use any other browser for product downloading.
Even if you don't have any other browser installed, Internet Explorer will always be present in your operating system, Windows 10 users can also use Edge.

Thank you.
