Can you please remove the padding on the top if the frame theme is disabled?






Bonus points if the QAT can be placed between file menu and tabs:

P.S.: I already requested this 2 years ago and made suggestions how to solve the problem with contextual tabs:

Looking forward to this feature (even without QAT and contextual tabs) in 14.0
Just remove the padding at the top in a first step.
