XTToolkitPro conflict with ObjectARX for AutoCAD

   when I 
#include <XTToolkitPro.h> and 
#include "arxHeaders.h" it make some errors

1. Source\Calendar\XTPCalendarADO.h(4056): error C2059: syntax error : 'constant' (line 4056)

2. Source\CommandBars\XTPDialogBase.h(242): error C2065: '_CrtDbgReport' : undeclared identifier (line 242)

I know everythink is ok if 

#define _XTP_EXCLUDE_CALENDAR 

to eliminate CALENDAR component.

I don't know why.
