Win10 borders on Win7

   I've recently tried to reskin an old MFC app to give it a more modern look and feel.
I've created a new skin and I'm getting the look I want on Win10.

However, on Win7 I can't seem to override the border padding of the frame window.

What do I need to override/change to get the Win10 look on Win7?

Using CJ 17.2
VS 2015
Win7
