Can dockingPane and ribbonBar used in a same form ?
Wihle changing docking position ,the form doesn't refresh untill the form was resize the form.
Can panes dock under the ribbonbar? As below?

right click the DockingPaneManager at the designer window of the form, and select Send To Back.

Yes it's possible.
Did you set DockingPane.SetCommandBars Me.CommandBars ?
