using command bar on powerbuilder 11.5

   hi, i'm new with codejock.
currently i'm using codejock extreme suite pro activex 2008 (12.0.2) and i want to replace my conventional powerbuilder menu with codejock command bar (ribbon bar)
Does anyone can show me how to add the control and how to add item on the ribbon bar and display it on the window?
