TrayIcon Balloon TipText limit

   Hi there.

The documentation states that the TipText property of a TrayIcon balloon is limited to 255 characters.
It seems that the limit is less than this. On a Windows Server 2016, for instance, it appears to be 154 characters.

So the question is why, and is there any trick to get these expected 255 characters displayed?
