Question regarding recurrence event

Here I am attaching 2 XML file that one is created by the application and other one is changed by the Calendar Control after I called the method 

If Not lole_XMLResource.DataProvider.Open = False Then
lole_XMLResource.DataProvider.Create()
End If

XML I attached is one event with weekly recurrence end after 7 occurences. I see all the data in first XML file. After I call the above command, I pretty much lost "EndAfterOccurences" and other information in the XML.

Could someone tell me, how come it is dropping some of the tags after I called the "CREATE" method.
