Scrollbar problem: arrow button is blinking

   Hi guys, 

I have a mdi-frame with a horizontal and vertical scrollbar. when clicking into the frame, so that it gets focus, the horizontal scrollbar arrow button is blinking in a very annoying way.

Can anybody please help me.
