I attached demo projects for problems.. uploads/20080109_080102_TestDrop.zip see below,
it seems ReportControl in CXTPTabControl has bug for calculating area.
so, when click the scroll bar, it doesn't move anything.

Hi,
You subclass Static control window to CXTPReportControl....
remove Rectangle from dialog and add custom control with class XTPReport
