License for .NET

Hi,

I read from some article that inorder to use the codejock component in the VS2005 project, we need to add the lic in the code. And I found the example below for CommandBar. Just wondering if anyone can provide the full list please? Thanks in advance

I copy the code above from this article as well. What I mean by "Full list" is the full license setting for all other component as well. Example shortcutbar, taskpanel and all others
