I don't know how to move the buttons in the toolbar manually. For customize dialog I can, but sometime I need to write the source code for move buttons my self in somewhere of my project.

Hi,
For example call
pToolBar->GetControls()->AddClone(pAnotherControl);
and then remove pAnotherControl.
