The property 'handle' returns always 0.
Code example:
ImageManager.Icons.GetImage(1, 16).Handle

ImageManager.Icons.GetImage(1, 16).Handle
Is 1 your ID of the Immage ?
For GetImage you must use the ID not the Index.

1 is the ID.
I think, it`s a bug in 11.2.1 beta.
The same code works in 11.2.0

Hi,
use CreatePicture method to convert to Icon or use Draw to draw.
See release notes.
