If i use the TrayIcons MinimizeToTray function on my form it hides it nicely. But then if i use [Alt][Tab] to switch between apllications my app does not appear in the list. If i restore it from the tray then i can [Alt][Tab] to it.
 
Any suggestions on how to keep the form available to [Alt][Tab] and not have it visible on scrreen?

I think you will find that that is the purpose of the System Tray i.e its a Windows feature. Any programs sitting there will not show with [Alt][Tab]
