I've created a new skin and set the button text to white, but the focus rectangle now looks like rectangle with a black solid frame, how to adjust the color of focus rectangle?

Hi, thanks we will fix this frame. You can change sources for now.
In CXTPSkinObjectButton::DrawButtonText method add
pDC->SetTextColor(0);
pDC->SetBkColor(0xFFFFFF); before ::DrawFocusRect(pDC->GetSafeHdc(), &rc);
