Bug with default menu items

It seems that when you set menu items default, all it does is make them
bold.  Using *no mouse* if you press SHIFT+F10 or the context menu
key on a win95 keyboard, if you press enter the default item should be
activated, even if nothing is selected.

Also, is it possible to use the office2003 theme on the ALT+SPACE and
ALT+MINUS menus for MDI children windows?  The ALT+MINUS menu uses
the theme if your mdi child is maximized, but not if it is a normal
restored window.
