Customize CommandBar silent serialization

   Hi,

    In the XTP_COMMANDBARS_PROPEXCHANGE_PARAM structure, the bLoadSilent member tells that no message boxes is be displayed when the CommandBar layout is loaded. When set, the toolbar content is always resetted.

    Could you add a member to configure this behavior. We'd like to be able to tell if the customized CommandBar should always be resetted or if should stay customized.
