Tab Control Unicode

   When using the Unicode version of the 10.1 Suite Controls, shouldn't the following be showing Unicode characters in the tab captions?

        Set .PaintManager.Font = f
        .InsertItem 0, "Test " & ChrW$(&H6B21), 0, 0

        .InsertItem 2, "Test " & ChrW$(&H6B23), 0, 0
        .PaintManager.Appearance = xtpTabAppearancePropertyPage
        .PaintManager.DisableLunaColors = True
        .PaintManager.Color = xtpTabColorWinXP
        .PaintManager.Layout = xtpTabLayoutAutoSize
        .PaintManager.HotTracking = True
        .DrawFocusRect = False
    End With
End Sub

I'm seeing question marks instead. Am I missing something?
