Free Upgrade to Xtreme SuitePro� 2006??

While we purchase Xtreme SuitePro, we do purchase the "upgrade & maintanance", so, do entitle for the free upgrade to Xtreme SuitePro 2006? Or we need to purchase a new copy for that?
