Chromeless window error

   From time to time my app will start up almost as a chromeless window.
This meaning that I can start it up in debug and it will have no top bar with application name, icon and close - min. - max buttons.
I can then shut it down and fire it up again, and it might be normal.
Why does this strange behaivior occur?
We cant release this to customers.
OS is WinXp.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
