I buy Toolkit Pro V19.3.0, when I try to create a project with Toolkit Pro Application template, it fails.

I am using VS 2008, + sp1.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Consider upgrading to Visual Studio 2017 as it's the minimum supported version for the newly added ToolkitPro Project Wizard.
