Commands on App Title Bar

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

My product owner wants me to put some commands on the title bar of the application like this:
I'm looking for suggestions or hints on how to get those commands over on the right (i.e. New, Open, etc.).  Will I need to get into the drawing and event handling on the bar, or is there something more built-in that could help me.
