I just upgraded to VS 2013 and Toolkit 16.3.0 from using VS2008 and Toolkit 15.x. I imported the project and built a new solution in VS 2013. Running in Windows 7, all controls look rectangular and flat, like Windows 2000 -- see the screenshot showing the problem even in the File Open dialog. When building the project with the old VS and Toolkit version, all controls look as expected. I must have missed something that needed to be changed and I simply am at a loss. I suspect there is a derived class or something that that is blocking the theme manager. Can anyone suggest what to look at?

Some customers of ours are seeing this issue as well, have you found a fix/workaround?

Can you reproduce this issue with any of the sample applications? If so, which one? Otherwise can you please provide a small sample application so that we could debug this issue?
