WCF close button not working on double click

   WCF close button not working on double click. I'm using SkinFramework1531vc90.dll skin dll.

When I double click on the top left icon of a WCF popup window it does not close the app sometimes. When I do the same multiple times it works. How to solve it?

This works without skin dll. Also please note that there is no issue with c++ windows. Only problem is with WCF windows.
