Frame control ForeColor

Is it possible to change the ForeColor of a skinned Frame control using the SkinBuilder utility?

With the Office2007 skin the Frame caption appears in blue, which does not match the other labels on a form which appear in black.

We are using SkinFramework ActiveX v15.1 in VB6 on Windows 7 x64.
